This camp is designed to help athletes maintain their fitness during the summer and prepare for the fall season. We aim to improve an athlete's overall soccer fitness with soccer-specific, multi-directional movement development. All positions are welcome to participate in this camp. Sessions will address proper biomechanics in relation to soccer fundamentals that translate to all positions. The curriculum will include Linear Acceleration, Vertical Jump, Multi-Directional Power Expression, Aerobic and Anaerobic fitness.
